On Ground Activations

HDFC Life Insurance Mall Activation & SCP was conducted to generate leads amongst the target audience (parents who had kids of age12 or less).The activity involved lots of games & entertainment involving parents & Kids both . The idea was very well accepted by the crowd resulting in more than 500 leads per day .

To promote and sample Lay’s tangy twist a cavalcade was planned in the city. Van fabrication with Bikers & promoters drew attention of crowd gathered them and made them shout various Tangy twist slogans to create buzz about the new flavor. They were encouraged to vote for the flavor & SMS from their mobile phones.

Float activity was conducted with a special cricket balling machine setup. The Brand ambassador of Tata Indicom cricketer “Irfan Pathan” visited colleges & major hubs of Tata Indicom in both the cities. A press conference was also conducted.

A road show was planned to promote the Brand “Mirage”,fully branded Bus & Van roamed in the city & conducted game based on cricket – The contestants were asked to bounce a ball on the cricket bat for one minute without dropping the ball. Branded CDs, Chocolates, Key rings were distributed as souvenirs to winners.

Road Shows were Conducted for 5 days based on the theme of the show, branded Dolis carried by 4 people dressed as Kahars were roamed in each city. Key housing societies in each city were covered with Literature & branded freebies of the show . Total 1,50,000 target audience were approached during the campaign. Highest TRPs recorded on the 1st day of the show.

This 7 days’ activity was conducted in atrium of prominent malls. Comprised of wet sampling and dry selling of the product. A game “Mood o meter” was conducted which detected the mood of the person & suggested the most apt flavor of Chai time.

Fun Events

The event was organized to engage the business delegates of Eicher Motors in a fun & informal manner. The whole stage & setup followed the Malwa & oriental theme decor which was the theme of the party. Folk performances on Malwa theme with pure entertainment evening with Lots of adventure- Bull Ride, Shooting, fun games & freebies. This was the 8th year of executing this conference.

The Baja SaeIndia started with an Inauguration ceremony in the morning followed by a happening party in the evening with best musical turnout which resulted in 2 hours of entertainment-packed program for over 500 students.

Visitors were given brochures & engaged in conversations by skilled promoters. The stall was uncluttered and spacious and boasted great lighting and finishing. This stall won the award of “Best Stall” in the Property Fair.

Managing "BAJA-SAEIndia" - An International Level Society of Automobile Engineers Event for last 4 years (Year:2007-2009-2010-2011) now. "BAJA-SAEIndia " is the first ever off road vehicle competition in India for aspiring automobile engineering students every year. Managed over 2000 student participants from around 100 top engineering colleges of India.

This was an exclusive athletic championship held in Bhopal where all the top 500 players from major Asian countries participated. Right from the Opening ceremony to physical infrastructure, delegate Logistics, artist management & accommodation to closing ceremony everything was handled by Fusion Events. Launch of a new splendid township of Indore “Seasons of Joy " with Love as the theme of the township the launch party was also based on Love theme. the decor, ambiance, food was in sink with the theme. Red color was extensively used with heart shaped hangings to bring in the feel. The Launch was marked with a stunning performance from 'Brown India Band’ featuring accomplished Indian classical as well as International Jazz artists. The Event promotion were carried out through various Print & electronic Media, OOH Campaigns etc.

"Circus on Ice" was one-of-a-kind event that happened for the first time in India. The entire troupe with performing artists came all over from Russia. The event happened in 2 cities Mumbai & Indore for 15 days in each city. A 150 ft. diameter ice ring was created to perform special acrobatic acts on it. Ultra modern Lights and sounds were used to highlight the performances. Fusion Events managed the entire event in both the cities.
